• Ophelia winced as she drew up his bulky arm and climbed out of bed. Onyx's sleeping face contoured with displeasure and she replaced her place with her pillow. She moved to the bathroom on her tiptoe, winching from the soreness on her way. She turned on the shower and sighed as the warm water poured down her aching body. Ophelia took the soap from the stand and applied it to her entire body. When her fingers touched his mark on her neck, she winced slightly and a delicious shudder ran down her spine. Ophelia smiled to herself as she reflected on the previous few weeks. The last few weeks have been incredible.
