• In the end, the CEO position was given to Arthur. While Serge ended as the Chief Legal Officer. The Chief Operation Officer was held vacant for the meantime and to filled by Ivan's appointee. The other position will be chosen from the current rosters of all the businesses or those who currently holding the positions would be evaluated and may retain their positions.
