• After a few hours, as per doctor smith, Aleena’s intestine was cut brutally, and because of wolfsbane in her blood, she was not able to heal. And the worst part was that her internal bleeding was not stopping. I knew what that bastard wanted to say by explaining everything, but I had promised Thunder that if he dared to say those words, then I wouldn’t stop him from ripping his throat.
• With each passing second, we were waiting for Ezequiel. I would have asked Eva about his position after every five minutes, but I knew that she was also keeping an update of his location while Daniel took the responsibility of bringing him here safely.
