Chapter 28 The Rescue

• Noelle found out about Nelson's rough spot late one night, around ten. When she talked to customer service, she learned that Nelson had gotten tangled up with the boss of an underground fight club, took quite a beating, and, to top it off, his mom's health was going downhill.
• Her customer support, limited in scope, was primarily for safety monitoring. Noelle only learned about Nelson’s trouble because she checked on him.
• Turns out Nelson was trying to scrape together cash for his mom's surgery by fighting in a rigged match set up by some gambling boss. But he got busted by the fight club's head honcho and was held captive.
