Chapter 33 - Preparations

• I can feel my heart racing with every step I take towards Nick, but he waits patiently and when I stop in front of him, he holds my chin, his expression serious and I keep my gaze on him. I see a smile forming on the man's lips.
• "Yesterday I lost a bet," Nick said, and I felt a shiver run down my spine, my anxiety rising. "But that doesn't mean I won't like what's going to happen now... Besides..." Nick brought his face close to my ear and whispered. "After today, I'll hear you calling me Master, and tomorrow I'll punish you for all the times you defied me."
