Chapter 71

• Derek Entered the room as soon as Vanessa came out of the bathroom carrying Mara. He wasn’t looking happy and Vanessa raised a brow.
• “ What?” She asked him. “ Someone’s looking for you outside” He said. “ Who?” Vanessa asked him. “ You remember that man that Scammed you right?” He asked. “ Alfred’s Uncle” She said and Derek nodded his head. “ Yes, he’s in the sitting room waiting for you” Vanessa was surprised and confused on what Could have brought him to the house and wondered who told him where she was living.
• “ You said he’s in the sitting room right?” She asked him and he nodded his head. “ I would have tell you to go inform him I’m not living here had it been you haven’t let him in” Vanessa sighed. “ I tried to but he caught me off guard” Vanessa sat on the bed cleaning her wet hair with a towel. “ Okay, go tell him I’ll be right there shortly” She said and he walked out. “ What could have brought him here? I just hope it’s not something that have to do with My Daughter” She Quickly changed in to another dress and left the room without Mara.
