Chapter 11 Intruder

  • She wiped her tears and said, "We had some minor misunderstanding back then, but I've already apologized on his behalf."
  • Felix scoffed at her and returned to his seat.
  • Somehow, Lisa felt like everyone was looking at her and felt extremely embarrassed by it, so she ran out crying. It was only then did the other girls regain their senses as they ran after her.
  • "Whoa, did you see that? Felix has made Lisa cry…"
  • "Oh please. She deserved it. I mean, she thinks that the world revolves around her anyway. She needs to be humbled."
  • "Keep it down, alright…"
  • When Felix returned to his seat, the familiar chime from the system echoed in his ear. "Ding, Charm Target +10. Charmed Level 55." So, he moved closer to Han and said, "Say, do you want to know why I rejected her that easily?"
  • Han wanted to move away when he could feel Felix's breath, but he stood his ground. Felix continued, "Well, that's because I'm into men."
  • Han was taken aback when he heard that and could feel himself blushing heavily. He could also feel his heart pounding when he looked at Felix's face. Felix smiled and it seemed that he had been starved of men for way too long. Since he was aware that he was into men, he was able to complete his missions so effectively ever since he was given his first task. The task given to him was to charm a girl, so he was forced to pretend to be into her. The act he put up was spectacular. Apparently, no girl in the entire city was able to garner any form of reaction from him. Men were also the same to him because he had to obey the rules. The truth was, he was already sick and tired of everything, but he was repeatedly tempted by his system. He had no idea why he kept doing what he did, but something within him was telling him to not give up. Han was baffled when Felix came clean to him about his romantic interests. Apparently, the sports day was already over when he regained his senses.
  • "I want to celebrate your achievement, so should we celebrate it at your house?"
  • Han nodded awkwardly which prompted Felix to reply with a smile. So, the duo went grocery shopping before making their way back to Han's home. However, when they arrived at the entrance, they were greeted by loud crashing sounds. Han was concerned, so he rushed over while Felix followed behind. They noticed a group of men smoking in his home while Mellie could be seen coughing nearby.
  • "Mom!" Han was furious when he saw that. Felix threw the grocery bags outside and immediately opened all of the windows inside. The house was a complete mess when they entered. So, Felix grabbed a chair from a room and said, "Han, you can let your mom sit here." After that, he gave Felix's mother a glass of water and said, "Here, drink some water." Felix turned toward the group of men and made a phone call. "What can I do for you, sir?"
  • Felix glared at the men and said, "I need you to bring some men over to me, Luke. I'll pay each person you send over five hundred dollars."
  • Luke was delighted to hear that as he replied, "Sure. I'll get to it right away."
  • The group of men said as soon as the call ended, "Drop the act kid. You're just a student. You ain't scaring anyone."
  • Felix chuckled and said, "Why don't you just stay here then. You'll see if I'm really scaring you."
  • However, before the man could say anything, he was pummeled by Han. The assault caused him to groan in pain as his back was also cut by the broken glass. Han grabbed his hair and pressed the man's face on the glass shards. It was only then did the others regain their senses as they rushed over to stop Han. So, Felix threw a bottle at them before grabbing Han's arm as he said, "You don't want to worry your mom, right?" Han let go after looking at Mellie. The man was helped up by his cohorts as he exclaimed, "You *sshole! How dare you hit me after selling my house! Just you wait! I will make sure you are sent to jail!" He took out his phone and was getting ready to call the police. This startled Mellie as she pleaded, "Please sir…"
  • However, before she could finish, Felix grabbed the man's arm so hard that he let go of his phone. Felix grabbed the man's phone and smashed it on the ground. So, the man exclaimed, "D*mn you! You're a dead man now!"
  • When the group of men assumed that Felix was a nobody, they surrounded him. However, Felix was unfazed as they fought. The injured man picked up a stool and was getting ready to smash Han’s head with it. Upon seeing this, Felix rushed to Han’s side, shielding him from the attack. He groaned in pain when the stool struck his back. Han called out, "Felix!" After that, he rushed to grab a knife and pointed it at the man with shaky hands.
  • The man laughed and said, "What's the matter? Are you going to stab me with the knife?" However, before he could grab the knife from Han, he was greeted by some commotion outside. A young man who was obviously a ruffian could be seen entering the house with a cigarette in his mouth. He said, "Wow, how lively."
