• Graham was off work for two days. He'd taken an extra day after the funeral in case Matt needed support, although this wasn't what he had in mind. They drove up to the restaurant from the night before to find it closed and empty of any furniture of fixtures. Asking around they found out a truck pulled up at around one in the morning and the whole shop was stripped out. Whilst there, a tradesman pulled up with a 'For Sale' which he affixed to the building. The estate agent drew a blank. lt was the most unusual request from the head office which had come to them the previous morning to urgently arrange for a survey and valuation that day with the property being up for sale within twenty-four hours. They had never seen anything like it.
